The mission of Epiphany Lutheran Church is to show forth Christ
by proclaiming the Gospel to form lives through scripture, the promises of Baptism, the sharing of the Lord’s Supper and service to neighbor.
Jesus gives all the glory to God in everything he says and does, and reminds us that we are to do the same. Our words and actions should reflect who we are in Christ and whose we are in baptism, as claimed, forgiven children of our most holy Father. It's easy to be tempted by a Theology of Glory that speaks only of sunshine and heavenly rewards. Luther cautions us that a Theology of the Cross must always inform our faith journey: it is only Jesus' suffering and death for our sin that gives God the ultimate glory, and makes our glory day possible when Christ calls us home. We can best glorify God by honoring Jesus' sacrifice through lives that place God and neighbor first.

You are a beloved Child of God, and the faith community of Epiphany Lutheran Church welcomes you, and all people, to worship, study and fellowship with us. We are neither a perfect church nor perfect people. We're just us. Incredibly ordinary. Amazingly diverse. Real. No matter who you are or what you've been through, we welcome you and invite you to hear the Word of God and experience the love of Jesus Christ. Pastor Monica is happy to meet with you and answer your questions about the Lutheran faith. We invite you to check our calendar and join us at an upcoming service or event.

Can't make it to church on Sunday? Here is the latest bulletin.....
If you've been searching for a Christian faith community that offers a warm welcome, joyful messages about God's mercy and grace, great fellowship, and the chance to use your hands to do God's work, then we invite you to spend some time getting to know us at Epiphany Lutheran Church.
We're a small but mighty ELCA congregation that welcomes all people, just as Christ does. All are welcome to Christ's table, where we celebrate God's unconditional forgiveness in bread and wine, through the power of the Holy Spirit that unites us. At Epiphany, men, women, and children participate in every phase of congregational life, and we'd welcome your participation, too.
You may have heard about Epiphany's Community Garden: our garden volunteers lovingly tend a 4.5-acre site that produces over 1,400 lbs. of produce each year; these vegetables are donated to our friends at the Collierville Food Bank, and to the Page Robbins Senior Center. We take Jesus' command to "feed my sheep" seriously at Epiphany; here, whole families can learn together what it means to care for neighbor, out of our love for Christ.
Come worship with us soon, and if you have any questions, please call me at (901) 861-6227. In the meantime, we pray for you, and for all God's people. May the peace of Christ fill your heart, Pastor Monica Weber
